Kathryn Scott DipRP
Kathryn joined Pulse in 2006. Her success and market knowledge led her to establish the allied health and psychological therapies divisions, and move to launch the executive division in 2018. During her time at Pulse she’s worked across all disciplines within her divisions and has an in-depth knowledge of each.
Working closely with her experienced management team she's responsible for the leadership and operational running of the division, including resourcing, recruitment and compliance, sales, management and business development.
Candidate and client satisfaction are paramount to Kathryn. She believes that the team’s honest and transparent approach is one of the many reasons they receive such positive feedback and are recognised and respected by numerous mental health trusts.
The most rewarding part of her role is developing members of her team and their careers.
Permanent Sales Manager
Simon has 13 years of permanent recruitment experience. He joined Pulse in 2009 and quickly became the highest performing consultant to specialise in permanent recruitment. Simon’s experience and success saw him promoted to Sales Manager and he’s now responsible for the ever growing permanent recruitment team.
He and the team are focused on building long-term relationships with candidates as well as clients. They work hard to really understand their career and life aspirations as well as their experience, matching them to clients’ exact requirements.
The most rewarding part of Simon’s role is seeing candidates he placed many years ago become Pulse clients.
Head of Recruitment and Compliance
Shelley has been at Pulse for over 13 years. During this time she’s built and now manages a large recruitment and compliance team, responsible for ensuring candidates and their files meet all framework, contract and recruitment regulations. As well as managing the sales support function, providing customer service and administrative support to our psychological therapies sales teams.
Shelley’s committed to providing clients with highly skilled staff that meet and exceed all mandatory compliance and vetting procedures while making sure her candidates are cleared to work as quickly as possible.
The most rewarding part of her role is seeing her team succeed, providing a sound customer service, sharing best practice and helping to increase the number of candidates we have working.
Sales Manager – Mental Health North
Victoria joined Pulse in 2013 and has worked within the Psychological Therapies team for the duration. During her time here she has climbed the career ladder working her way from a trainee recruitment consultant to managing the Mental Health North team. Victoria is passionate about customer service and is proud of Pulse’s honest approach.
Victoria is an expert within the Psychological Therapies field and prides herself on her knowledge of the market. The most rewarding part of Victoria’s role is passing on that knowledge and expertise to her team.
Myron Jordine CertRP
Sales Manager – Mental Health South
Myron joined the Psychological Therapies team in April 2013. Throughout this time, Myron has worked his way from a fresh faced trainee consultant, to an experienced manager with a specialist knowledge within Psychological Therapies.
Myron has developed relationships with a number of key clients throughout the NHS & private services. Having supported clients and candidates with their service, and professional development, Myron is able to draw upon expert knowledge to provide a truly bespoke offering for each individual.
Reputation is principal to Myron, and this is supported by his track record of recommendations. He’s a firm believer that hard work and honesty go a long way, and feels that these attributes are often repaid by his clientele.
The most rewarding part of Myron’s role is supporting his team, coaching and developing staff in to established and valued employees.
